No you don’t, we accept walk-ins! But if you'd like to secure an appointment, please book directly on our site under our bookings tab.

Not at all! Your booking appointment time slot is for 15 minutes, and that gives us ample time to take your photos and discuss your design you'd like.

The process is quick and simple. We take a few minutes to discuss with our team what design you'd like for your art, and then our team takes another couple of minutes taking your photos.

Getting your photos back depends on a few things/ which location you go to. Our Leeds location only provides A4 and A3 prints. Our Whitby location can print all sizes. But if you go much later in the day (at either location), we cannot guarantee that you will get your photos back that same day as they take a bit to edit, print, and cut to size. Canvases and jewellery take a few days to make, so those get posted out to you.

Unfortunately we do not provide this service.

We suggest removing your contacts before getting your images taken, as contacts can add a blue tint and alter the color of your eye.

We generally recommend ages 5 and up.

We have a few options for customizing your art. You can add text, such as names/dates, or you can add special effects such as halo, lightning, fusion, yin yang, and infinity.

We offer high quality premium prints, canvases, digital files, and custom jewelry.

We do not have a limit of how many irises you can add to your custom art. But keep in mind that the more irises on a single piece of art, the smaller the irises will be to accommodate for all of them.

Of course! You can purchase a gift card with any monetary value for your loved ones. You can have the email be sent directly to the person at a specified date, or emailed to yourself to print out and gift to them directly.

We only store images for up to 30 days, so you are welcome to order more prints of your art within that time frame before the files are permanently deleted.
